Products name: PTFE Filter Membranes
The high non-specific adsorption of the PTFE membrane is very advantageous for diagnostic kits.
The adsorption decreases with increasing pore size.
PTFE filter Membranes for Analysis Cleanliness Assessments, are compatible with water and solvent based fluid. A complete range of analysis membranes to perform cleanliness assessments in accordance with ISO16232,ISO 18413 or VDA19 procedures.
These consumable filter membranes can be used to cleanliness extract, collect and retain solid contaminants from fluids and components .
Provides excellent particle retention in ratings that match your cleanliness assessments requirements.
The filters are designed to withstand 300 psi differential pressure at 25° C in the forward direction and 160 psi differential pressure at 25° C in the reverse direction.
Provides excellent small particle retention for a variety of particle sizes.
Wide range of pore sizes available ,
Resistant to aggressive solvents ,
Available in a wide range of micron ratings for typical Cleanliness assessments
Compatible with water and solvent based: Resistant to aqueous solutions in the pH-range 1-14 to hydrocarbons and to some solvents.
